WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY TATTOO?
Make sure you eat within 4 hours of your appointment starting. Your skin (where you are getting tattooed) should be clean and free of any fake tan or make up. Wear comfortable clothes that give access to the area being tattooed. Bring sugary snacks to keep you going. If you want to use numbing cream please discuss this with the artist when you book in.
HOW DO I GET TO THE SHOP?
We are based on the Lisburn Road in Belfast, facing City Hospital and one door up from Nico's Pizzeria. We have a black front door with a large 56 in the window above the door.
There is parking available on side streets, we are in based in a busy university area so please allow plenty of time to get parked.
If you are travelling by bus you can get the 9 metro and it will drop you off and pick you right outside. City Hospital train station is a 6 minute walk. Botanic train station is also only a 8minute walk.
HOW MUCH WILL MY TATTOO COST?
All our artists price their work individually. When you book in with the artist they will discuss pricing and budget making sure you have a good idea of the cost upfront. All the artists require a deposit to secure the spot. We accept cash, PayPal and bank transfer- full payment is required on day of the appointment.
WHEN WILL I SEE THE DESIGN?
All designs are shown on day of appointment and you will be able to make small amendments if needed. If you want to change your booked idea please give the artist plenty of notice.
DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
We do not sell gift vouchers
COVID
Restrictions has eased in Northern Ireland, it is your personal choice to wear a mask. Our artists will wear a mask if you would prefer. Tattooing is close contact for a prolonged period and we want to keep our artists and customers as safe as possible. Please make sure you frequently sanatise your hands and carry out regular lateral flow tests if possible.
HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY TATTOO?
The artist will run through aftercare with you at the end of the appointment. Our general guidance would be to remove the clingfilm after 2 hours and give it a warm soapy wash, pat it dry then apply a minimal amount of cream (our artists recommend cocoa butter).
No swimming, baths, saunas, sunbeds, direct sunlight or fake tan for two weeks.
